Job Description / Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine (soups, curries, stir-fries, salads, desserts)
• Ensure the presentation, taste, and quality of dishes meet restaurant standards
• Monitor portion sizes, food consistency, and waste control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations
• Order and manage inventory of Thai ingredients and supplies
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff (if required)
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to meet service demands
• Adapt menus or recipes to local suppliers and customer preferences, while retaining Thai authenticity

Qualifications / Requirements
• Thai nationality (or preference for Thai chefs)
• Strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, herbs, spices, cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen best practices
• Ability to adapt and work with local staff
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays as required
• Willingness to relocate and comply with local labor/visa regulations

• Working hours: Typically 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM (restaurant hours) 
• Salary & benefits: As Per Interview and By Laws
• Probation period: 6 Months
• Training period:1 Month
